A little preparation. A beautifully considered day.

Complete your questionnaire, gather your gown references and vendor details, then join us for a 20–30 minute planning call scheduled 2–3 weeks before your wedding. We’ll review your timeline, preparation coverage, portraits, traditions and highest priorities.

Final payment: Your final payment is due on or before the date that is 30 days before your wedding, as outlined in your agreement. If already paid, you’re all set.

An intentional beginning.

If your collection includes 2–3 hours of preparation coverage, we’ll discuss how to divide that time between both partners.

Please choose up to 5 wedding morning options if you have 8 hours of coverage, or up to 7 if you have 9, 10 or 12 hours of coverage. Make your selections across the bride’s and groom’s preparation and portrait options below.

Family portraits primarily focus on immediate family. Photos with extended family can be taken during the reception. If you have a close aunt, uncle, or another extended family member you’d like included in family portraits, please check the appropriate box below. No names are needed here; we’ll confirm groupings together during your call.

A first look at your gown.

Share front, back, train, veil and detail photos to help us plan lighting, styling and portraits. This section is for your gown references; avoid sharing this page with anyone who should not see the gown.
